The Stadtwirtschaft is opening its doors to Sonnenberg, the Luther Quarter, and all residents and visitors to the cultural capital! We are opening our workshop and inviting you to join us for an exchange and discovery tour on August 10, 2025.
Here are all the details from stadtwirtschaft.org
Warm-up on August 9 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
During the warm-up for “Vom Wimmeln und Wuseln” (Bustle and Hustle), the Stadtwirtschaft is preparing musically for Sunday's courtyard festival.
18.00 Uhr: MoonCold
Although MoonCold's love is not exclusively reserved for the wild 70s, they too are enamored with the idea of always being allowed to be different. Just as unorthodox as this special decade, they take the same approach with their music. Reinventing everything without inventing anything new. Traditional rock instruments are used, but the band does not want to stick to stylistic dogmas. Lively surf sounds, dreamy pop ballads, and mature, hypnotic, pressing grooves can be heard.
20.30 Uhr: Freuth
freuth is a new EDM project that focuses primarily on live performances with live vocals. With one half being an experienced music producer with a background in the drum and bass scene and the other half being an equally experienced singer, the goal was to constantly push the boundaries of how electronic music is perceived. On stage, the tracks are reinterpreted and remixed, forming a unified whole with the profound lyrics.
After-show party with DJ Cash at NoNation Club starting at 10 p.m.
Farm festival on August 10 from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Stadtwirtschaft is opening its doors and introducing itself to neighbors in the Lutherviertel and Sonnenberg districts, as well as to residents and visitors to the cultural capital. Come and explore the spaces and meet the users of our maker hub, our intervention area for Chemnitz 2025!
